What is the shipping time?

We make every effort to send your package within 24 to 48 hours.


When will I receive my tracking number?

As soon as the package is deposited with the carrier, you will receive an email during the day with your tracking number.


What are the shipping methods?

For the moment we are working with the post office, colissimo.
We will soon set up delivery to relay points for those who wish.


How much are delivery charges?

For metropolitan France, Belgium and Luxembourg, the costs are €6.50 via colissimo.

Delivery costs for Portugal are €5, our stock is currently in Portugal.
Delivery costs are free from 120€.


Where do you deliver?

We deliver in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Portugal.


How do I change my delivery address?

If you made a mistake when placing your order, you can send an email to customer service: .
Specify your surname, first name, order number and your new address.
We will correct your order.
(Valid within 24 to 48 hours maximum after placing your order)

However, if your order has already left, it will be impossible for us to change your address.


How can I cancel my order?

We accept returns after receiving your order.

Advice and maintenance:

Whether your model is made of 100% cotton, with polyester...
We recommend that you take the greatest care of them.

Avoid putting our items in the dryer, in order to prevent the material from shrinking and thus keep it as long as possible.
Let it air dry, flat or on a drying rack.

Despite the care taken, it is normal that over time your garment is subject to "wear and tear", explained in particular by its use and repeated washing.
